Do not book this venue if you are planning a formal classy event. The owner Deep worked with us through all the plans and was very accommodating and led us to believe that he would meet our expectations. He had a food tasting where we made changes and Deep and the chef were accommodating. However, on the day the food and service was a disaster. The food was not what we had at the food tasting. It was a sit down dinner and they had only 4 waitresses! Deep, his wife and kids, this brother and his family were cooking and were the help in the kitchen! The only course that went well was the first course which was the salad. The soup was served in a dessert bowl! The main course of chicken and salmon was inconsistent both in taste and portions. They were going to serve icecream with a savoury craker!! Due to the lack of servers the dinner took over 3 hours. Some guests did not start their main course until 10:00 pm. Just before midnight Deeps brother who we never met before...

Just before midnight Deeps brother who we never met before threatened to close the function down if he was not paid in full. Obviously, at this point they were aware that they had ruined the event. Will never have an event nor recommend Natraj to anyone. They misled us and obviously were just out to make money. They are unprofessional and not capable of delivering a high standard. If we he organizers did not intervene and assist both in the kitchen and supervising what was going on in the kitchen it would have been a disaster.

This is a family business, of course the family are the ones who are cooking, serving, and working the event.
Also it is customary to pay your bill before the event starts.

He booked 200 guests for his event but 275 showed up. He is complaining about a soup bowl?? I showed him all of the dishes and cutlery before his event, I explained to him that we require the final payment one week before the event. He had so many excuses and delayed paying.. by the time of the event we had to ask him again to finally pay his bill. He didn't want to pay us...
