Timothy Wong was the sales person who came out to my home to give me a quote for windows. He was prompt and explained everything thoroughly. I ended up asking him to give me a quote on two more windows while he was here and he was able to quickly give me a quote on those too. Excellent customer service.
I am extremely happy over the installation of the windows. The windows were delivered early as promised. I received a phone call the day before install to let me know what time they'd be here the next day. Jason and Robert arrived on time and started working immediately. I was home during the installation with my three year old and they were professional and courteous, to both of us. Excellent experience with the entire installation process.
Everything about the renovation went as planned and I am extremely happy with our new windows. Last fall, I ended up going with a different company to install windows but the deal fell through because they didn't follow through on what they promised. Come spring, All Weather was my first choice, and I regret not having gone with you last year or I might have been enjoying my new windows this past winter. We will definitely be getting the rest of the windows in our house renovated by All Weather.
