Never buy here
We were about to purchase our first car and for that matter we came to Avenue Nissan. Our representative was San Kanthasamy. On our first visit to this dealership no one was planning on telling us about the promotion. Our representative simply offered us the regular price for the car. It was only when we came home did we find out of the promotion for that car by visiting Nissan Canada's official website.
We went back to the salon and told him about the promotion. He answered that he has to check with the manager and then spent good half hour looking it up online and comparing. We agreed on the deal and signed all the required papers. However, on the day when our car was supposed to arrive, we came back to the salon where we were told that our car cannot be delivered. He told us that all he can do is choose a car with a different color. We agreed at first, but then he said that we would have to wait two months at which point we will have to check prices again because this offer will expire. WE HAD ALL PAPERS SIGNED FORE THE CURRENT OFFER!!!!
In the end, we took our deposit and left. Him and other managers were very rude to us. We went to another Nissan dealership where we got the car we were originally planning to purchase within 3 days!!
This experience just shows how incompetent he is, how he is willing to lie to you just to benefit himself. Avoid this sales person and this dealership by all means!!!! Save your money and your time!
