SERVICE SECTION VERY POOR
Reserved a maintenance service for my 2010 F150. Reservation procedure was a pain and my presence behind the counter was met with rolling eyes (the I'm too busy look). Reservation focussed on a major wobble when at speeds over 70-80 kph and a major pull to the right (alignment). On service day the next week, it took over 25 minutes t get the paperwork done (no line, just me and 3 service people doing other stuff on their computers). Come back at end of day, vehicle just now going for a test drive (after the maintenance service) completed to see what's going on with the wobble. All that has happened is that they have shifted the wobble from to rear, advised me they didn't have tome to do the alignment, and then said see you later (after you pay the bill). It then took another 20 minutes to determine the bill because the service person had not written or filled out the vehicle check sheet. Hmmm, did he do anything to the vehicle except screw it up further? When paying, that was a the first smile I saw on the service rep through the entire experience. I left angry, but more so when I realized the truck is now far worse than when I dropped it off the same morning. Once I get another break from work, I will look to Canadian Tire or Costco to get a better job done. I highly recommend caution if you plan to use this dealer. Dave C
