I find it funny how people complain about something after they leave. I can tell these reviews were done by women. You should never leave with something if you are not happy. This also goes to show how mouthy people are behind a computer screen. I needed a touch up one time in 7 years now. And he was more than accommodating with just my phone call. Not to mention if I have ever been strapped for cash and needed my hair done, he has helped me look beautiful for that month. i could not believe what a heart he has. Gennaro is actually one of thee best hairstylists in the city! Even hairstylists around Canada and the US admire him and his talent. For him to still offer coupons at his salon is a absolute miracle. He does this to teach and train all the people wanting to learn to be great from just him. Pay with out a coupon for his time and you wont believe what results you get. More than likely, you left looking better than when you came in. Props to Gennaro!!
