Brutal Customer Service, Ripoff Gym
Quite possibly the worst gym that I have ever been too. I signed up last summer, and went to the gym 2 or 3 times. I came to the realization that the place is so hot and their equipment is literally falling apart, that not only could I not work out in the gym due to the heat, but all of the equipment is rusty and falling apart. I asked management if they would cancel my membership as what the gym experience turned out to be, was not what they sold me. At the time they said they would cancel my membership, and now over a year later I get a letter from a collection agency for over $1000 to pay for a gym membership that I used 3 times, and haven't gone in a year, and on top of this they lied to me about canceling my membership and now stiffing me with a charge through a collection agency. When I called the management to discuss this, he kept talking over me and being pushy and not listening to me. I think he doesn't like to be reasonable with people, but would rather just stick to the sales pitch selling you on a dream, and then delivering way below expectations. If you want to spend way too much money for a run down gym that is falling apart then you will like this gym, if you want a clean and affordable gym then go to Club 16. These guys do not know how to conduct themselves for the best interest of their members. They are a dying gym with old equipment and bad management, trying to fleece their members for as much money as possible, even going against their word. Worst gym experience of my life, it literally smells like an old hockey bag in the gym, the lockers don't work, all of the equipment is loose and off center. Brutal. Strongly advised to stay away.
