I've had a lot of difficulty with a couple other online retailers and so I've been hesitant about ordering from new ones. This is my third time ordering from pinkcherry.ca and I've been very happy with the prices and shipping pace. In one case I received my order in less than 24 hours!

However, one thing I dislike about PinkCherry is the fact that you have to pay and take care of shipping back a broken or defective product. I received a defective vibrator and the process of shipping it back for a replacement was a hassle.

One of the worst online retailers I've ever purchased from for five reasons. 1) They inflate the retail prices as shown and often have informational errors on their website such as mixing up the sale price with the retail price or presenting the wrong information altogether. 2) Their shipping takes a very long time and often doesn't come within estimated shipping times (or doesn't come at all) 3) Their private courier is unreliable 4) Their customer service is inefficient and unsatisfactory. Unless it's a very good deal and you've checked all other sources then I recommend you buy from somewhere else.
