Bob McIver went over and above his normal responsibilities to make sure that a Customer service snafu was made right. He delivered a part in person to our home when Customer Service only gave us the option to make the 1/2 hour drive ourselves. Further, he is a gentleman and gleans of professionalism and customer centric business practices. Way to go Bob!

Wanted to purchase a microwave quickly and called the store to speak with someone. We knew the make and model and just had to speak to a salesperson and arrange pickup. We were told all salespeople were busy, leave our name and number and someone would call us shortly. It's four days later and we're still waiting. We bought another microwave the same day at Lowe's. Not impressed!

Bought a washer dryer 2 months ago received the washer in a month but dryer is still nowhere in sight. All I get from store is to blame it on covid??? and other BS about it coming in 2 weeks....

TERRIBLE customer service. We bought a washer/dryer set on 16 July, only to find out that day that a family member had passed away - so we picked up the dryer dropped it home and immediately left for a funeral. Upon returning (about a week), we noticed that the dryer was damaged and not working properly. We called the manufacturer - who said they don't cover damage, called the Brick and they said we missed the 3 day cutoff for exchanges due to damages. The store manager was extremely rude and I ended up demanding from head office to have someone else call me to deal with my issue. After fighting with the brick for over a month about the dryer, we finally agreed to pay part of the their cost for replacement (almost half of what we originally paid - on top of the money already paid for the damaged one). To add insult to injury they didn't even call when it arrived, I called three days after the expected arrival date (and after the 14th ring someone finally answered) to be told it had been in the store for three days. Do not shop here - especially for appliances - there are so many other choices in Belleville.

Bought furniture and front load washer dryer at Boxing Day sale. Delivered after 10 days, but dryer out of stock and I'd have to wait another two weeks. Turned out that washer leaked from bottom -not result of intake hoses or drain tube. A slow drip was noticed after test rinse-spin cycle while we balanced the machine after unpacking it and putting it together. Did one load to see if a fluke. Steady dripping from bottom back left of machine. Called The Brick and spoke to manager who said they could send a repairman out in two days. Who the heck spends over 1200 on a washer dryer combo, only to be unable to use them due to one not being delivered, the other leaking, and accept being told they should be happy with a repaired machine instead of a new defect-less one. When I asked for a replacement one and on the status of my dryer delievery, they couldn't guarantee that my dryer would arrive with the replacement washer.

No thanks Brick. Come get the washer, give me my money back. I'll spend it elsewhere and I will tell all my professional and personal contacts to avoid The Brick. I'll also ask they pass along my experience to one other person.

We purchased a $1200 video camera from The Brick a few years ago and got no customer serice at all. The product was not in stock, they were suppose to call us when it was in, two weeks later we called them, they laughed and said yes, your son's video camera has been here over a week, I guess we forgot to call. Our second experience with The Brick was not a good one either; we purchased a $2200 bedroom set last year on Boxing Day, again, not available till the middle of January, we called the third week of January and she informed us that it had been sitting there since the 29th of December. And of course they had no recollection of the free delivery we were promised the day of purchase. Our third and final experience with The Brick in Belleville, was the same, we tried to purchase a dresser to match our bedroom set, and we were informed it was going to be delivered on the 18th of December, it was not, we called they said it would be delivered on the 23rd of December, it was not, we called they said it would be delivered on the 29th, it was not. We called on the 30th of December, they laughed and said it had been sitting in thier store since the 24th of December. They said it would be delivered on the 4th of January, of course they forgot they had mentioned free delivery on the day of the purchase, and said it was $69 to have it delivered. After telling them that both myself and my husband are military, and that the way we were treated in regards to all three purchases, they said they would take $20 off if we came and picked it up ourselves seeings we wanted it so bad and couldn't wait till the 4th. If you are going to ever deal with The Brick you might want to reconsider dealing with the rude employees of Belleville and try your luck in Kingston maybe??? We will never deal with any Brick ever again!!!
